Instead of pitching a tent, you get a real double bed fitted into the back of a 4WD Toyota Prado, with everything you need included: bedding, cooking gear, camping equipment — even a free personalised itinerary and safety briefing.
Whether you’re young or just young at heart, this camper is built for two, giving you freedom, flexibility and comfort while you explore the wild beauty of Fraser Island.
What’s included (and how it works):
When you book the Couples Camper, you get:
✔️A 4WD automatic Toyota Land Cruiser Prado, with a double bed fitted in the back.
✔️All camping equipment: bed linen, pillows, window shades (so you can keep windows open without bugs coming in), and more.
✔️Full cooking kit: gas cooker and gas, pots/pans, plates, bowls, cutlery, mugs, tea towels, dish soap, a table, camp chairs, a tarp — you name it. Even a cool box (just bring ice).
✔️A personalised itinerary and safety briefing before departure.
✔️Options to stay 2, 3, 4 or 5 days (or more — contact us if you want to extend).
On top of that:
✖️You’ll need a Queensland National Park vehicle permit (we’ll help you book it).
✖️Ferry/barge transfers to/from K’gari are added at checkout.
✖️Fuel and cleaning aren’t included, but you can add a cleaning service or return the vehicle clean yourself.
