  1. Eligibility:
    • Participants must be 18 years or older to enter.
    • The giveaway is open to Australian residents & travellers who are currently traveling Australia.
    • Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of K’gari Walking Tours/ Fraser Dingo 4WD Adventures are not eligible to participate.
  2. Entry Requirements:
    • Participants must follow @fraser_dingo on Instagram.
    • Participants must like the giveaway post and comment what’s your favorite part of traveling the world solo. 
    • Participants can also follow Fraser Dingo 4WD Adventures on Facebook for an additional entry.
  3. Giveaway Period:
    • The giveaway begins on 12/08/2024 and ends on 17/08/2024.
    • Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
  4. Prize Details:
    • ​​The prize includes: ​
      • ​A 3 day Tag Along Tour on K’gari – Fraser Island, departing from Hervey Bay.
    • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative.
    • Fraser Dingo 4WD Adventures is not responsible for the cost of travel to/ from the tour departure point. Competition winners must organise and pay for their own travel arrangements.
    • Competition winners are subject to the same Tag Along terms and conditions, including the minimum numbers required for running the tour.
    • The winner must use the giveaway prize within the 19/08/2024 and the 15/11/2024.
  5. Winner Selection:
    • The winner will be chosen randomly from eligible entries.
    • The winner will be announced on 19/08/2024 via Instagram and will be contacted through direct message.
    • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner will be selected.
  6. Publicity Release:
    • By entering, participants grant Fraser Dingo 4WD permission to use their Instagram username and any submitted content for promotional purposes.
    • By entering, participants agree to share photos and testimonials from the tour, create content for a blog about the experience, and write a review.
  7. Privacy Policy:
    • Information collected for the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion and internal marketing, and will not be shared with third parties.
  8. Liability:
    • Fraser Dingo 4WD Adventures is not responsible for any lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for any technical malfunctions that may occur.
    • Participants acknowledge that the Tag Along Tour experience involves inherent risks, and Fraser Dingo 4WD Adventures is not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the tour.
  9. Modification or Termination:
    • Fraser Dingo 4WD Adventures reserves the right to modify or terminate the giveaway at any time, for any reason.
  10. Governing Law:
    • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
