Sites that you will visit over 2 days: Walk under the rainforest at Central Station, the heart of Fraser Island, and then drive on the coloured sands of the 75-Mile Beach.  Swim or take a tube ride at Eli Creek. Learn from your experienced, knowledgeable lead guide and meet like-minded travellers. See the world-renowned Maheno Shipwreck, and maybe take a dip in Lake Birabeen. Walk along sand dunes to emerald green Lake Wabby. Relax, play, and swim at the beautiful Lake McKenzie. Jam-packed 2 days of natural fun!

What you need to know about our 2 Day Guided 4WD Tour

• 2 Days, 1 night experience on K’gari (Fraser Island) OR see our 3 Day Tag Along Tour for a longer trip.
• Led by an experienced, knowledgeable lead guide.
• Private Beach House accommodation with shared rooms, located at Eurong on K’gari’s Eastern Beach. View our accommodation here.
• Experience driving 4WD on the island OR enjoy the tour as a passenger.
• All meals provided – 2 lunches, 1 dinner, 1 breakfast and some snacks. Dietary requirements catered for upon request. View our menu here.
• All local charges included – return ferry ticket & access permits.
• Free pick-ups available from select hostels in Hervey Bay from 7:00 am, or meet at our office at 7:15 am.
• Driver safety briefing at 7:30 am the morning of departure – no 4WD experience required!
• Tour returns 6-6:15 pm on the second day.
• Free street parking while you are away, or secure parking is available for a daily fee.
• Luggage storage can be organised; $10 for small luggage, $20 for large luggage
• Recommended age limit of 18+. Please reach out to our team before booking for passengers <18.

What do I need to drive on your tour?

• All drivers must be over 21 years old and hold a current full driver’s licence for a minimum of 2 years.
• A credit or debit card to hold the security bond ($2,500)
• Looking to reduce the excess? Reduce excess to $0 for $50 per person (no bond hold). Terms and conditions apply.
• Drivers must demonstrate an intermediate level of English to ensure they are able to communicate and understand verbal instructions from the guide during the tour.
